about Wayne Imms

Over the last 20 years, Wayne has presented, produced and contributed to various radio stations, including BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio Kent, Invicta FM, Surf FM (now Juice 107.2), and Maidstone Festival Radio.

As a producer, his documentaries include profiles of composer and arranger Anne Dudley, Lionel Richie, The Pretenders and Badly Drawn Boy. In 2006, he produced Forty Years of Star Trek.

Wayne has interviewed a wealth of big names, including Noel Gallagher, Pete Townshend, Nick Park, Chrissie Hynde, Lionel Richie, Stephen Fry, Pet Shop Boys, Sigourney Weaver, Tracey Emin, Leonard Nimoy, and the Scissor Sisters. His documentary presenters include Stewart Lee, Mark Radcliffe and Carleen Anderson.
